We are currently hiring for Co-Manager, Shift Lead, and Sales Associate positions. We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and providing great customer service.
Sales Associates are responsible for greeting customers, assisting with footwear and accessory selections, maintaining store appearance, and helping drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement.
Shift Leads support daily store operations, assist with opening and closing procedures, help lead the sales floor, and ensure excellent customer service while supporting team members.
Co-Managers help oversee store operations, drive sales performance, assist with hiring and training, and support the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving store goals.
All positions require strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidates.
This is a sales-focused role with individual and team sales expectations. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with customers, recommending products, and working toward daily sales goals.
Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and open to coaching and feedback.
