The Glik’s Sales Team should be outgoing, fashion forward individuals that have a passion for merchandise and customer service. As a team member you will perform day to day operations while following company standards and policies. A main goal in this position is to meet your store’s goals, as well as company targets to maximize profitability. You will be required to perform many roles each day; be a strong leader, motivate, build and educate your team. As the leader you will be a role model to your staff and delegate tasks which will allow them to learn from you and grow their skills and knowledge. Team members will be strong team players and provide excellent customer service through product knowledge and exceeding individual sales goals.
